Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. The following information outlines how orders are processed and delivered.
Digital Delivery (eBooks)
All eBooks are delivered immediately after purchase through BookFunnel. Once your order is complete, you will receive instructions to download your book to your preferred e reader or read it directly on your device. No physical shipping is required for digital products.
Printed Books (Paperbacks and Hardcovers)
Paperbacks and hardcovers are printed on demand and shipped directly to you from our printing partner.
Because each book is made specifically for your order, please allow up to 4 weeks for printing and shipping. This timeframe includes production and delivery.
Signed Books
Signed paperbacks and hardcovers follow a multi step process. These books are printed first, sent to the author for signing, and then shipped to you.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for printing, signing, and shipping of signed editions.
Shipment Processing Time
Printed book orders are processed as soon as they are submitted to the printer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing and delivery times may take longer than expected. If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted via email.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your printed order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.
