Digital Products (eBooks and Audio)

All digital products are final sale.

Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered for eBooks or audio products. If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us at landiwrites@gmail.com and we will gladly help ensure everything works properly.

Physical Books

Once a physical book has been sent to print, the order is considered final.

For this reason, refunds and returns are not available after printing has begun.

That said, every book is expected to arrive in good condition. If your book arrives with major damage that affects readability or has significant exterior damage such as a large tear to the cover or dust jacket, I am happy to offer a replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact at landiwrites@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Replacement requests are reviewed and approved on a case by case basis. Once approved, a replacement will be arranged.

If a package is missing, it must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date so the printer can issue a reprint.
