Are digital books refundable?
No. All eBooks and audio products are final sale. Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds or exchanges are not offered. If you have trouble accessing your files, please email landiwrites@gmail.com and help will be provided.
How do I receive my eBook after purchase?
eBooks are delivered immediately through BookFunnel. After checkout, you will receive instructions to download your book to your preferred e reader or read it directly on your device.
Can I return or cancel a physical book order?
Once a physical book has been sent to print, the order is considered final. Because books are printed on demand, refunds and returns are not available after printing begins.
What should I do if my book arrives damaged?
If your book arrives with major damage that affects readability or has significant exterior damage, you may request a replacement. Contact landiwrites@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a short description of the issue.
Are replacements guaranteed for damaged books?
Replacement requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. Once approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
What if my package is missing?
If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please report it within 14 days of the delivery date so the printer can issue a reprint if eligible.
How long does shipping take for printed books?
Printed books are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for printing and shipping. This timeframe includes production and delivery.
How long do signed books take to ship?
Signed editions take additional time. These books are printed first, sent to the author for signing, and then shipped to you. Please allow up to 4 weeks for printing, signing, and delivery.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your printed order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Are customs fees included in my order?
No. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not controlled by the store.
