Refund, Return & Replacement Policy
Digital Products (eBooks & Audio)
All digital items are final sale.
Because they are instantly delivered and accessible, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for digital products. If you experience a download or access issue, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help you get your files working properly.
Physical Books
Once a physical book has been sent to print, the order is final.
This means no refunds or returns are accepted after printing begins.
However, your book should arrive in good or great condition. If it arrives with major damage that makes it unreadable or has significant exterior damage (such as a large tear in a dust jacket), I’m happy to replace it.
To request a replacement, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damage
A brief note describing the issue
Once approved, a replacement will be arranged. Replacements are approved on a case-by-case basis.
Missing packages must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date for the printer to reprint them.
